Close to 10% of US children will be diagnosed with an attention disorder at some point in their life. Apart from attention disorders, many children and adults experience subclinical attention problems. Attention is also a crucial element of cognitive functioning. This is why, as a neurofeedback practitioner, it is essential for you to understand attention and the brain. No matter the exact diagnosis you are working with, chances are you will encounter attention difficulties as a symptom. For example, attention problems are a common symptom in depression, anxiety, PTSD, conduct problems…This webinar will help you deepen your understanding and improve your practice with attention problems and disorders. Ingrid Valentin has a BSc in Applied Psychology and has been working with neurofeedback since 2013.In 2017, along with Philippe Pascal, she founded the company NeuroVP, which now counts 5 offices, aremote neurofeedback branch and 9 colleagues.NeuroVP provides between 200 and 300 neurofeedback sessions every week.
