The 5th Annual Meeting and
Workshops in Prien am Chiemsee, Germany from February 15-19, 2001 was a
great success. The meeting attracted 115 participants from a wide
range of hospitals, universities, clinics and health care facilities in
Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Macedonia,
Norway, the Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, South Africa, Switzerland the
